FIRST CHALLENGE: Signature Bake Challenge - Spin on the classic American Pie. Create the an pie. in 2 hours.
TECHNICAL CHALLENGE: Each Bakers are given the same ingredients. Make a Freestanding Pie or Savory Pie (Meat Pie) using Paul Hollywood's recipe with some of the information missing. 2 hrs. The judges will judged Blind.
RESULTS:
WORST TO BEST: Carlo, Darlene, James, Whitney, Effie, Kolette, Jeremy, Francine, Elaine & Brian.
SHOWSTOPPER BAKE: Make 36 Sweet Tartlets in 3 hours.

ELIMINATED: Carlo - his pies were lacking in flavor.
EPISODE #2: Cookies. 9 Left.
START OFF: Bakers enter the Tent for the cooking.
WEEK #2.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: Cookies.
- Make 1 dozen cookies in 1 1/2 hours. Present everything you baked.
- Brian is hiding his first batch (didn't turn out right).
- Kolette need to grow up.. Too emotional.
TECHNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: S'Mores.
- Marcela's recipe. Follow her recipe in 2 1/4 hr.
WORST TO BEST: James, Brian, Elaine, Darlene, Jemery, Whitney, Kolette & Francine.
WINNER: Effie.
THE SHOW STOPPER CHALLENGE: New Trend - Macaroons.
- 40 Sandwiched Macaroons - 2 diffrent types & have a delicate crisp shell and soft, chewy center in 4 hours.

START OFF: The Bakers enter the tent.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: One Layer Cake.
in 90 minutes.
- Brian's ego is getting the best of him. He picked flower from outside & were trying to use them.
TECHNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: Chiffon Cake with Tequilla Orange Glaze. Marcella's recipe in 2 1/3 hors. The temperature & time is left out of the recipe.
RESULTS: From Worst to Best: Kolette, Effie, Jeremy, Brian, Darlene, Elaine, & James.
WINNER: Francine.
SHOW STOPPER CHALLENGE: Bake the cake that became a Internet Sucess - Baking a Surprise Inside. 5 hours.
Star Baker - Elaine.
ELIMINATED: Jeremy.
EPISODE #4: Breads. 7 Left.
START OFF: The Bakers entered the Tent.
Week #4.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: Paul Hollywood's speciality - Bread. Make Free-Formloaf of Bread, yeast Bread & Must be hand shaped in 3 hours.
TECHNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: Soft Pretzels.
- Make 8 Large Pretzels. Classic Loop Designs. They are give the same ingredients BUT Limited Instructions in 1 hour & 45 minutes.
WORST TO BEST: James, Effie, Kolette, Elaine, Brian, & Francine.
WINNER: Darlene.
SHOW STOPPER CHALLENGE: 24 Croissants.. Will start the baking today & conclude tomorrow. One Half Pain & the Other half Filled.
NEXT DAY: Finish the coissants.
RESULTS: STAR BAKER IS: Darlene.
ELIMINATED: Kolette - still doesn't follow instruction & does what she wants to.
EPISODE #5: Desserts. 6 Left.
START OFF: The bakers entered the tent.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: 8 Individual Custards.
Make either a Brule or Savory recipe in 90 minutes.
TECHNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: Are given the same ingredients & limited instructions for Chocolate Souffle.
Will be judge immediately coming out of the oven (for reason of falling). Will cook in staggered times. Ea. bakers will be given 1 hr. & 45 minutes.
WORST - TO BEST: Brian, Effie, Francine, Darlene, Elaine.
WINNER: James.
NEXT DAY: Show Stopper Challenge: Layered Dessert featuring Meringue in 5 hours.
- Brian is stupid. He kept the refrigrator door open causing Francine dessert not to set right. He was thinking only of himself.
RESULTS:
STAR BAKER IS: Darlene.
ELIMINATED: Effie - she gave up.. Since she forgot to put sugar in her dessert - she did not allowed to bake longer & served it early.
EPISODE #6: Patisserie. 5 Left.
START OFF: Semi Finals.
WEEK #6.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: French Pastry Week.
- Classic Tart Tatin in 2 hours & 15 minutes.
- DARLENE - Apple, Pears, & Cranberry Tart Tatin,

TECHNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: 4 Perfect Napoleons. Paul's Recipe. in 2 1/2 hrs.

- Making Choux Tower, 80 Choux Pastry in 4 1/2 hrs.

ELAINE: Chocolate Espresso Cream Tpwer, DARLENE: Orange & Grand Marnier Cream
- Brian helped James when his cream did not puff out.
RESULTS: Double Elimination

START OFF: The Final Three Home Bakers entered the tent.
FINAL 3: Brian, Francine & Darlene.
SIGNATURE BAKE CHALLENGE: Make anything you as long it includes Georgia's official state crop, PEANUT in 2 1/2 hrs.
DARLENE: Peanut Cake Roll,
BRIAN: Peanut Vanilla Chiffon Roll,
FRANCINE: Spiced Peanut Butter Torte.
TECNICAL BAKE CHALLENGE: Make a dozen BOSTON CREAM doughnuts which is paul's recipe. in 2 hrs & 45 minutes. Recipe didn't tell them how to make it glossy.
WORST -BEST: Brian, Francine.
BEST: Darlene.
NEXT DAY: The Show Stopper Challenge.
- Make 72 Minatures Desserts inspired by America's Flag. Must have 3 different types of desserts 24 each: Meringue, Pastry & Cake. in 5 hours.
JUDGING: Will take place in front of party include their friends & families.
- Darlene blew it - she started thinking about her family & kept making mistakes.
- Francine is too country.
